Barking in Tribble

I've put off the inevitable for as long as I could. Today it finally caught up to me. I just officially posted my first tweet. Except here at the Press we prefer to refrain from using that terminology. Twitter is a technological nuisance in some's opinion, and the phrase "to tweet" can actually found offensive to a rare few.  Besides, there are no birds at the office so why should we all be "tweeting"? Instead we have taken the resident dog Bibi's suggestion into consideration and determined that the foul term "Twitter" shall henceforth be referred to as "Barker." Consequently all "tweets" have been transformed into "barks" and I did not actually post my first tweet today, as I falsely claimed earlier, but I did post my first bark.  -Maura
